DFYR was incredible to work with for our underpinning job. The team worked efficiently and were always pleasant and friendly. There was care taken to respect our property; the site was always clean and orderly, despite the nature of the underpinning work. Every aspect of working with DFYR was amazing. this is Blanche Klein the assistant property manager at 2 Neptune Drive. Demo For You Reno Inc. was on site May 19 2023 to remove 3 wooden planters along with the earth/soil from each. They came well prepared with the necessary tools and equipment and were done by lunch time. The crew were amazing and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any type of work you need done. We are so happy we found Demo for Your Reno for our kitchen project. They were really responsive to our requests and questions, and the demo itself was incredibly fast, efficient - and clean! We’ve had so many renos done over the years and working with this team has been the best experience so far - including how great it’s been to work with such amazing women leaders at every stage of the project!

Outstanding service and professionalism.  From the get go, they were responsive, giving detailed quotes for the scope of work.

When the crew arrived, they were early/on-time, did a final walk through of our place and marked everything that needed to be demo'ed and everything that wasn't to be touched (we're doing a home reno).

The crew was polite, professional, and completed work ahead of schedule.  I visited the site every day and the crew left the place clean, tidy.  In the end, they even did some demolition of a few things (mirror, a basement wall) that I asked at the very end of the job (without any additional cost).
